针对组织内非正式网络嵌入策略对个体创造力影响研究出现的大量不一致现象,将个体创造力进行分阶段划分,并且结合创新的不同类型分别匹配相应的关系嵌入策略。通过理论分析得出强关系更适用于创意实现阶段,而弱关系更适用于创意产生阶段,投资于两种关系的策略可能会降低个体创造力。而对于技术推动或者激进式创新类型更好的嵌入网络是强关系。因此基于个体创造力提升的组织内非正式关系嵌入策略决策需要权衡两种关系策略的收益与成本,需要综合考虑策略选择所适用的权变因素。

In view of the large number of inconsistencies in the research on the impact of informal network embedding strategies on individual creativity, this paper divides individual creativity into stages, and matches corresponding relational embedding strategies according to different types of innovation. Through theoretical analysis, it is concluded that strong relationship is more suitable for the stage of creative realization, while weak relationship is more suitable for the stage of creative generation. The strategy of investing in two kinds of relationship may reduce individual creativity. Better embedded networks for technology-driven or radical innovation types are strong relationships. Therefore, the decision-making of informal relationship embedding strategy based on the improvement of individual creativity needs to weigh the benefits and costs of the two relationship strategies and comprehensively consider the contingency factors applicable to the choice of strategies.
