基于“技术-组织-环境”理论框架,构建先进制造业数字化转型驱动因素模型,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法对收集汇总的27份先进制造企业数据进行组态分析。研究发现:先进制造业数字化转型组态路径主要有四条,分别是技术-组织主导型、技术-组织-环境协同主导型、技术-组织主导环境协同型以及组织-环境主导型。在此基础上对比分析路径之间的异同,发现组态路径之间存在重叠路径并且某些要素之间存在潜在替代效应。

Based on "Technology-Organization-Environment" theoretical framework, Build a model of driving factors for digital transformation of advanced manufacturing, taking 27 of China’s advanced manufacturing enterprises as cases, and using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) to analysis the data. The study found that there are four main configuration paths for the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing, which are technology-organization-oriented, technology-organization-environmental collaboration-oriented, technology-organization-oriented environment collaboration, and organization-environment-oriented. On this basis, the similarities and differences between the paths are compared and analyzed, and it is found that there are overlapping paths between the configured paths and potential substitution effects between certain elements.
