从“能动性”到“使能性”：创业网络双重嵌入对科技创业能力的作用机制研究

From “initiative” to “enabled”: research for the mechanism between dual embeddedness of entrepreneurial network and technology entrepreneurial capability

摘要:

为了揭示创业网络嵌入对科技创业能力的作用机制，构建了一个基于创业学习中介作用的创业网络嵌入作用机制模型，采用调查问卷和实证分析，探讨了创业网络嵌入、创业学习与科技创业能力之间的关系和作用机制。研究结果显示：创业网络嵌入对科技创业能力的作用路径不是唯一的，创业网络嵌入对科技创业能力既存在直接作用也存在间接作用；关系嵌入对创业学习、科技创业能力的影响大于结构嵌入；创业学习在创业网络嵌入和科技创业能力之间发挥着显著的中介作用，创业网络嵌入通过创业学习传递给科技创业能力的间接作用较其直接作用更加显著。本研究对于进一步完善和拓展科技创业、创业网络和创业学习的相关理论具有一定的贡献，对于科技创业实践活动具有一定的指导价值。

Abstract:

With the aim of revealing the effect of entrepreneurial network on technology entrepreneurial capability, this paper constructs a mechanism model of entrepreneurial network based on the mediation effect of entrepreneurial learning. Through the questionnaire survey and the empirical analysis, the paper discusses the relationship between the dual embeddedness of entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial capacity. The results are as follows: firstly, the effects of entrepreneurial network are diversified, there are both direct and indirect effects. Secondly, relational embeddedness has greater impact than structure embeddedness. Lastly, Entrepreneurial learning plays as the mediator between entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial capacity, and the indirect effect of entrepreneurial network with mediation of entrepreneurial learning is greater than direct effect. This research has some contribution to further perfecting the theories of technology entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship network and entrepreneurial learning, and it is also help for the practice of entrepreneurs.
