随着数字经济的不断发展,能源的生产和服务方式将发生重大改变,能源大数据增值服务作为数字革命和能源革命融合发展到一定阶段的必然产物,其商业模式的分析及评价至关重要。采用熵权-TOPSIS-灰色关联方法,针对能源大数据增值服务的商业模式进行评价研究,从经济效益、社会效益、环境效益和外部政策环境、能源数据技术、法律环境、增值服务供需等7个维度构建能源大数据增值服务商业模式评价指标体系,得出商业模式的关键影响因素和优选后的增值服务业务类型。评价结果能够为能源大数据增值服务项目的统筹规划和科学实施提供重要参考,同时案例分析也验证了评价指标体系和熵权-TOPSIS-灰色关联方法的科学性。

With the continuous development of digital economy, the mode of energy production and service will change greatly. As the inevitable product of the integration of digital revolution and energy revolution, the analysis and evaluation of the business model of energy big data value-added service is very important. In this paper, Entropy TOPSIS grey correlation method is used to evaluate the business model of energy big data value-added services. The evaluation index system of business model of energy big data value-added services is constructed from seven dimensions: external policy environment, energy data technology, legal environment, supply and demand of value-added services, economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, The key influencing factors of business model and the optimal value-added service business types are obtained. The comprehensive evaluation model reduces the influence of subjective factors when traditional TOPSIS method is used to determine the weight of indicators. The results can provide reference for the overall planning and scientific implementation of energy big data value-added service projects. At the same time, case analysis verifies the scientificity of the evaluation index system and method.
