本文旨在探讨影响中国锂行业企业技术能力提升的路径及其作用机理。论文构建了企业内部技术努力、外部技术获取、政府资助与企业技术能力间关系的理论模型，并基于上市企业公开数据进行实证分析。研究表明：(1)内部技术努力是锂行业企业技术能力提升的重要途径，其中人力资本的促进作用大于内部研发强度；(2)外部技术获取可能弱化甚至负向影响锂行业企业技术能力水平；（3）政府资助对锂行业企业技术能力提升具有显著正向影响。

This paper discusses the path and mechanism that influence the technological capability improvement of Chinese lithium industry enterprises. This paper constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between internal technology effort, external technology acquisition, government funding and enterprise technology capability, and makes an empirical analysis based on the public data of listed enterprises. The research shows that internal technical effort is an important way to improve the technological capability of enterprises in lithium industry, and the promotion effect of human capital is greater than the intensity of internal R&D. External technology acquisition may weaken or even negatively affect the technical capability level of enterprises in lithium industry. Government subsidy has a significant positive impact on the improvement of enterprises' technological capability.
