科研发展对经济进步和国家创新发展的作用日益显现,对区域科研竞争力展开评价研究能够丰富理论研究并指引相关实践。以十四五规划中位列“优化提升”范畴的五大国家级城市群为研究对象,构建区域科研竞争力评价指标体系并运用熵权法结合TOPSIS模型对城市群整体及其区域内的各省份展开实证研究。研究结果表明,东中西部城市群科研竞争力水平差距显著,呈现为珠三角>京津冀>长三角>长江中游>成渝的格局;各城市群的中心城市成为区域创新的重要增长极;区域内协调发展问题十分突出,京津冀在五大城市群中区域内科研竞争力差异最为显著;长江中游、成渝城市群二者科研竞争力评价表现虽居五大城市群的下游,其区域内各省份科研竞争力整体实力较为均衡。

The role of scientific research development in economic progress and national innovation development has become increasingly apparent, conducting evaluation research on regional research competitiveness can enrich theoretical research and guide related practices. This research takes the five national urban agglomerations in the optimization and promotion category in the 14th Five-Year Plan as the research object. By constructing an evaluation system for regional scientific research competitiveness and using the entropy method combined with the TOPSIS model to carry out empirical research on the entire urban agglomeration and the provinces in the region. Results show that there is a significant gap in the level of research competitiveness among the eastern, central and western urban agglomerations and presenting a pattern of the Pearl River Delta>Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei>Yangtze River Delta>Triangle of Central China>Chengdu-Chongqing City Group. The central cities of various urban agglomerations have become important growth poles for regional innovation. The problem of coordinated development within the region is very prominent, especially the regional differences in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration are the first among the five urban agglomerations. Although the Triangle of Central China and Chengdu-Chongqing City Group are in the lower reaches of the five urban agglomerations, the overall strength of the research competitiveness of the provinces in the region is relatively balanced.
