国家重点实验室是从事原始创新工作并承担前沿基础研究和开展应用技术转移的重要研究机构,其安全、平稳地运行事关高校安全建设及国家重大科研安全。本研究提出国家重点实验室运行的安全影响因素,进行了指标体系的构建和设计,并运用主成分分析法计算了安全运行的影响因子及其权重。同时,总结出国家重点实验室安全保障的三大核心机制,即应急预案管理机制、安全培训考核机制和学术信息安全机制,并对实验室运行的安全保障模型进行阐释,研究旨在为国家重点实验室安全管理做出贡献。

The State Key Laboratory is an important research institution that engages in original innovation work and undertakes cutting-edge basic research and carrying out applied technology transfer. Its safe and stable operation is related to the safety construction of universities and the safety of major national scientific research. This study puts forward the safety influencing factors of the operation of the State Key Laboratory, constructs and designs the index system, and uses the principal component analysis method to calculate the influencing factors and their weights for safe operation. At the same time, it summarizes the three core mechanisms of national key laboratory safety assurance, namely emergency plan management mechanism, safety training assessment mechanism and academic information security mechanism, and explains the safety assurance model of laboratory operation. The research aims to be a national priority Contribute to laboratory safety management.
