摘要:

针对日益迫近的智能制造发展需求,运用投入产出分析工具,构建智能制造系统的成本函数和生产函数,分解、剖析智能制造系统的投入产出膨胀特征；对比智能制造系统和传统制造系统的投入产出差异,揭示智能制造系统的投入产出双爆炸效应。基于投入产出双爆炸效应,提出智能制造系统的公共化建造与使用策略,运用具体案例进行验证分析,据此推动智能制造系统加速进入实用阶段。

Abstract:

The cost and production functions of intelligent manufacturing system were constructed through input and output analysis in view of the impending demand for intelligent making development, and the input and output expansion characteristics were decomposed and analyzed. And then the input and output explosion effect of intelligent manufacturing system was revealed comparing to the traditional manufacturing system, a specific case is used for verification and analysis, based on which a public construction and usage strategy for intelligent manufacturing system was proposed so as to accelerate it into a practical using stage.
