基础研究是所有技术问题的总机关。随着以科技竞争力为核心的大国博弈不断加剧，基础研究的重要地位愈发凸显。为全面提升基础研究水平，实现科技自立自强，本文梳理分析当前科技强国在基础研究中的六点共性特征，比较发现我国当前基础研究发展现状与不足，提出加强我国基础研究的六点对策建议。

Basic research is the organ of all technology. When competition between countries intensifies, the importance of basic research is highlighted. In order to improve the level of basic research and realize the self-reliance and self-improvement of science and technology, this paper analyzes the six common characteristics of the current scientific and technological powers in basic research, and finds the current development status and shortcomings of basic research in China, and puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening basic research.
