随着我国加快推进创新型国家的建设,如何提高建筑企业科技创新效率已成为亟需解决的问题。本文以创新价值链理论为基础,构建了共享投入两阶段DEA模型,对我国52家上市建筑企业的科技创新效率进行研究。研究表明,考察期内上市建筑企业的整体科技创新效率与成果转化效率逐年提高,且两者间差距逐渐缩小,而科技研发效率却逐年降低;从整体创新效率来看,我国房屋建筑业领域的效率水平最高,土木工程建筑业领域的效率水平最低;从两阶段效率来看,仅专业工程建筑业的科技研发效率均值大于成果转化效率均值;不同科技创新效率类型企业占比差异较大,其中低研发高转化型企业占比最高,可达51.9%,高研发高转化企业占比最低,仅为9.7%。

As China accelerates the construction of an innovative country, how to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of construction enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the innovation value chain theory, this paper constructs a Two-stage DEA model of shared investment to study the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of 52 listed construction enterprises in China. The research shows that the overall scientific and technological innovation efficiency and achievement transformation efficiency of listed construction enterprises have been improved year by year during the review period, and the gap between the two has gradually narrowed, while the efficiency of scientific and technological research and development has decreased year by year; From the perspective of overall innovation efficiency, China's housing construction industry has the highest level of efficiency, while the civil engineering construction industry has the lowest level of efficiency; From the perspective of two-stage efficiency, only the average of scientific and technological R&D efficiency of professional engineering construction industry is greater than the average of achievement transformation efficiency; The proportion of enterprises with different types of scientific and technological innovation efficiency varies greatly, among which the proportion of enterprises with low R&D and high transformation is the highest, up to 51.9%, while the proportion of enterprises with high R&D and high transformation is the lowest, only 9.7%.
