【意义/目的】服务组合制造模式的优化,寻求支持服务组合的评价方法,是云制造领域的热点研究问题。随着制造技术的不断深入,云制造已经从单元数字化制造发展到网络化、智能化制造。建模与仿真技术作为集成计算机、模型和云制造服务组合理论为一体的综合技术,在云制造发展过程中有着重要的作用。针对目前国内外云制造服务组合评价与仿真研究的情况,本文介绍了云制造服务组合研究背景、特点以及服务组合流程的NP-hard问题。同时,讨论了云制造服务组合理论与评价方法,并总结了建模与仿真技术在服务组合中的研究和应用,有助于促进云制造服务组合的进一步发展。【方法】首先,针对云制造服务组合评价理论存在的问题,提炼了云服务组合评价体系和评价方法。然后,从指标、算法和模型等不同角度给出了合理的观点和建议。最后,总结了仿真模型的现存技术和应用,以及较合理的仿真建模方法。【结论/发现】云制造服务组合主要存在服务质量(Quality of Service, QoS)评价、服务信誉评价、其他服务评价三种评价体系。基于这三种评价体系,国内外学者从不同的视角构建了传统和复杂环境下云制造服务组合评价模型,这些模型在服务组合优化、物联网服务优化、自然语言处理等领域都取得了良好的应用效果。同时,发现了多主体仿真建模方法更适合描述云制造服务组合的分布性、动态性和多样性。

[Abstract]
[Significance/Objective] The optimization of the service composition manufacturing mode and the search for an evaluation method to support the service composition are hot research issues in the field of cloud manufacturing. With the deepening of manufacturing technology, cloud manufacturing has developed from unit digital manufacturing to networked and intelligent manufacturing. As a comprehensive technology that integrates computer, model and cloud manufacturing service combination theory, modeling and simulation technology plays an important role in the development of cloud manufacturing. In view of the current situation of cloud manufacturing service combination evaluation and simulation research at domestic and abroad, this paper introduces the research background, characteristics and NP-hard problem of cloud manufacturing service composition process. Meanwhile, the theory and evaluation method of cloud manufacturing service composition are discussed, and the research and application of modeling and simulation technology in service composition are summarized, which help to promote the further development of cloud manufacturing service composition. [Methods] Firstly, the cloud service composition evaluation system and evaluation methods are refined to address the problems of cloud manufacturing service composition evaluation theory. Then, reasonable views and suggestions are given from different perspectives such as indexes, algorithms and models. Finally, the existing techniques and applications of simulation models and more reasonable simulation modeling methods are summarized. [Results/Conclusions] Three main evaluation systems exist for cloud manufacturing service composition: Quality of Service (QoS) evaluation, service reputation evaluation and other service evaluation. Based on these three evaluation systems, domestic and abroad scholars have constructed cloud manufacturing service composition evaluation models from different perspectives in traditional and complex environments, and these models have achieved good application results in service composition optimization, IoT service optimization, natural language processing and other fields. It is found that the multi-agent simulation modeling method is more suitable for describing the distribution, dynamics and diversity of cloud manufacturing service composition.
