Abstract:In response to the long-standing problems of the agricultural intellectual property system, such as the time-consuming and high cost of confirming the rights of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, the difficulty of proving infringement and the time-consuming fixing of evidence, a model of confirming the rights of agricultural intellectual property based on the federated chain is proposed by using the technical features of blockchain such as decentralization, traceability and immutability, and combining smart contracts, IPFS, cryptographic algorithms and digital watermarking technology, and by designing a smart contract for intellectual property registration and By designing a smart contract with a pre-set mechanism for the registration and transfer of rights, the process of confirming and transferring agricultural intellectual property rights can be automated. The model is tested for its functional modules and performance. The results show that the model has good performance and high security, and can achieve credible confirmation of agricultural intellectual property rights and copyright traceability.
