开放式创新能够解决中小企业创新活动中可能面临的资源匮乏、人才短缺等问题。文章从管理者风险偏好、供应链社会关系联结的视角,对中小企业开放式创新的实施效果进行理论分析,并使用ESIEC数据,运用多元回归法进行实证分析。结果显示:(1)开放式创新广度与创新绩效间存在倒U型关系;开放式创新深度积极影响创新绩效。(2)管理者风险偏好负向调节开放式创新广度及深度与创新绩效之间的关系。(3)供应商社会联结与客户社会联结均负向调节开放式创新广度及深度与创新绩效之间的关系。

Open innovation has the potential to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) overcome the challenges of resource scarcity and talent shortages in their innovation activities. This article examines the implementation effects of open innovation in SMEs, focusing on managers" risk preferences and supply chain social connections. We present a theoretical analysis and use the ESIEC database to conduct empirical studies using multiple regression methods. The findings indicate that: (1) there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the breadth of open innovation and innovation performance; the depth of open innovation positively affects innovation performance. (2) Managers" risk preferences negatively regulate the relationship between the breadth and depth of open innovation and innovation performance. (3) Both supplier and customer social connections negatively moderate the relationship between the breadth and depth of open innovation and innovation performance.
