创新生态系统将生态学的理念引进到科技创新中,强调科技创新发展的系统性支持和保障作用。高校新型研发机构既是更大范围创新生态系统的重要组成部分,其本身也是一个创新生态系统。广州高校新型研发机构发展之所以走在全国前列,高校重视、政府支持、市场支撑、金融保障等因素相互作用,构成了优良的创新生态系统,是其重要原因。推动广州高校新型研发机构进一步发展,提升广州高校新型研发机构在全国创新生态系统中的竞争力,仍然需要从优化广州创新生态系统入手,推动高校与政府、市场、企业、社会诸因素之间,营造基于共同价值追求的畅通无阻的知识流,提升知识创造性生产的效率。高水平的高校新型研发机构发展,能够进一步改善广州创新生态系统质量,提高科技创新竞争力,推动广州建设科技创新强市。

Abstract:

Innovation ecosystem introduces the concept of ecology into science and technology innovation, to emphasize the role of systematic support and guarantee for science and technology innovation development. New R&D institutions in universities are not only an important part of the broader innovation ecosystem, but also an innovation ecosystem itself. The important reasons why new R&D institution in guangzhou university is in the forefront in China are the interaction of factors such as university attention, government support, market support and financial guarantee, which constitute an excellent innovation ecosystem. To promote the further development of new R&D institution in guangzhou university and enhance its competitiveness in the national innovation ecosystem, it is still necessary to start from the optimization of the innovation ecosystem of Guangzhou, to promote university and government, market, enterprise and social factors to create an unimpeded flow of knowledge based on the pursuit of common value, to improve the efficiency of creative production of knowledge.
