双链融合是应对全球产业链重构,价值链攀升的重要举措,而产学研协同创新是双链融合的重要实现方式。本文首先建立双链融合的双螺旋理论模型,引出双链融合的两条路径;其次,基于演化博弈理论分别构建双链自发融合路径下和政府引导融合路径下的产学研协同创新模型,对两条路径进行对比仿真分析。结果表明,在双链自发融合路径下,随着创新深度的增加,双方选择协同创新的概率会降低;而在政府引导的双链融合路径中,双方选择协同创新的概率一直都较高。对比两种路径可知,在创新的不同阶段,政府引导下的双链融合路径一直更有效。

Double-chain integration is an important measure to cope with the restructuring of global industrial chains and the climbing of value chains, while collaborative innovation between industry, university and research is an important way to realize double-chain integration. This paper firstly established the double helix theoretical model of double-chain integration to introduced the two paths of double-chain integration; secondly, based on evolutionary game theory, it constructed a model of collaborative innovation between industry-university-research under the path of spontaneous integration of double-chain and the path of government-led integration respectively, and conducted a comparative simulation analysis on the two paths. The results show that :(1)the probability of both parties choosing collaborative innovation decreases as the depth of innovation increases in the dual-chain spontaneous integration path; (2) while the probability of both parties choosing collaborative innovation is always higher in the government-led dual-chain integration path; (3) comparing the two paths shows that the government-led dual-chain integration path is consistently more effective at different stages of innovation.
