众创空间是促进创业带动就业的重要平台,有效评价众创空间的服务质量是促进众创空间高质量发展的重要基础。研究提出创客满意度的概念,为众创空间的服务质量评价提供了新视角,并基于对众创空间建设规范、营运实际和已有研究成果的梳理分析,总结提炼了空间整体环境、基础服务能力、资源链接能力、培训指导能力和管理服务水平5个维度的创客满意度影响因素,以此为基础构建了一个由5个评价维度23个评价指标组成的创客满意度评价指标体系,确定了指标权重,并进行了案例检验,为开展创客满意度评价提供了科学依据。

Maker Space is an important platform to promote entrepreneurship to create more jobs. Effective service quality evaluation is an important basis for promoting the high-quality development of Maker Space. We put forward the concept of Maker Satisfaction Degree in this thesis that will provide a new perspective to the study of service quality evaluation of Maker Space. After the analysis of construction norms, actual operation and related researches of Maker Space, we summarize the following factors that influence Maker Satisfaction Degree: the overall environment, basic service capability, resource linking capability, training and guidance ability, management and service level. Based on these factors, we build an evaluation index system that contains 5 main respects and 23 specific indexes with exact index weights, and carry out the case tests, which provides a scientific basis to the evaluation of Maker Satisfaction Degree.
