本研究基于系统论、产业生态论及生态位视角,从产业链延伸、组织形态转变及应用场景转换三个层次分析信息技术产业生态系统演化机理,提出信息技术产业生态系统动态演化中由“点”为核,“线”拉动、“面”结合、再到“生态”联动的递进过程,构建一个产业和企业内外循环相结合的信息技术产业生态系统模型。在此基础上,以华为鲲鹏产业生态系统为例,对系统构建和应用的过程进行实践阐释,对理论模型进行验证。本研究能为我国适应新形势下信息技术产业变迁,依托信息技术与产业生态融合加快产业转型升级提供可行性参考与借鉴。

Based on the perspectives of systems theory, industrial ecology theory and ecological niche, this study analyzes the evolution mechanism of the information technology industry ecosystem from three levels of industrial chain extension, organizational form transformation and application scenario transformation. " as the core, the progressive process of "line" pulling, "surface" combining, and then "ecological" linkage, to build an information technology industry ecosystem model that combines industry and internal and external circulation of enterprises. Then, based on the Huawei Kunpeng industrial ecosystem as an example, the process of system construction and application is explained in practice, and the theoretical model is verified. This study can provide a feasible reference and reference for my country to adapt to the changes of the information technology industry under the new situation, and rely on the integration of information technology and industrial ecology to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
