提升企业自主创新能力是解决关键核心技术“卡脖子”难题的重要前提,也是推动经济高质量发展的关键环节。作为提升企业自主创新能力的新型产学研合作形式,创新联合体如何提升企业自主创新能力具有重要意义。本文以国家先进功能纤维创新中心为研究对象,深入分析了产学研创新联合体提升企业自主创新能力的重要路径。研究发现:满足国家与市场需求,发挥领军企业引领支撑作用,建立知识产权管理机制,构建全产业链协同创新体系,打通“科研-中试-产业化”创新链内部一体化,获取政府各项政策支持,聚集、管理和培养高精尖人才是产学研创新联合体提升企业自主创新能力的七条重要路径。本文拓展了产学研创新联合体和企业自主创新能力的相关研究,并具有现实指导意义。

Enhancing the independent innovation capability of enterprises is an important prerequisite for solving the problem of key core technology being strangled, and is also a key link in promoting high-quality economic development. As a new form of industry-university-research cooperation to enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises, it is of great significance how the innovation consortium can enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises. Based on this, this study takes the National Innovation Center for Advanced Functional Fibers as the case study object and analyzes in depth the inner mechanism of the industry-university-research innovation consortium to enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises. The study found that: meeting national and market needs, leading enterprises playing a leading and supportive role, improving intellectual property management mechanism, building a collaborative innovation system for the whole industry chain, opening up the internal integration of the innovation chain of "research-pilot-industrialization", obtaining various government support, as well as gathering, managing and cultivating high-precision talents are the main paths for the industry-university-research innovation consortium to enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises. This study expands the research on IUR innovation consortia and the independent innovation capability of enterprises, and has practical guidance.
