BIM技术的兴起在建筑领域掀起一场信息化的变革,同时大数据时代的来领也对工程项目数据管理提出新的需求。本文通过回顾多维建筑信息模型及基于BIM技术的进度、成本、质量、安全、环境管理研究现状,基于现有研究提出了考虑项目全生命周期理念的基于多维建筑信息模型进行数据管理的体系,详细阐述了该体系在时间、成本、质量、环境、安全维度进行数据管理的具体细节。再依托西安某工程进行基于BIM的项目数据管理,通过工程实际BIM应用,验证所提出的基于多维建筑信息模型的项目全生命周期数据管理的可行性。最后对本文的研究进行总结并对该领域未来研究提出展望。

The rise of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology has sparked an information revolution in the field of architecture. This article reviews the current research status of multidimensional architectural information models and the application of BIM technology in schedule, cost, quality, safety, and environmental management. Based on existing research, it proposes a system for data management using multidimensional architectural information models that considers the concept of the project life cycle. The article provides detailed explanations of the specific details of this model"s architectural framework for data management in terms of time, cost, quality, environment, and safety dimensions. It then validates the feasibility of project life cycle data management based on multidimensional architectural information models through the implementation of a BIM-based project data management system in a construction project in Xi"an. Finally, the research in this paper is summarized and the future research in this field is prospected.
