As a new economic form that drives high-quality economic development, the article systematically analyzes the technological elements that affect the high-quality development of digital economy using the development model of "technology-industry-economy", explains the two typical industrial forms of digital-industrial integration and digital governance formed under rich application scenarios, and the role of digital economy in shaping a new industrial value chain system and promoting economic growth.
