“专精特新”中小企业是优质中小企业的典型代表,其数字化转型对于带动广大中小企业转型升级,进而推动经济社会实现高质量发展尤为迫切。山东省作为制造业大省,在推进专精特新中小企业数字化转型过程中加强系统部署与政策保障,“专精特新”中小企业数字化转型取得阶段性显著成效,同时也面临企业对于数字化转型认知不足、数字化转型关键技术存在短板、数字化转型全链条贯通不够、数字化人才短缺等一些困难挑战,在此基础上,提出提高企业家数字化转型认知水平、工业互联网平台数字赋能、产业链产业集群数字化转型、数字化创新人才培养引进、差异化政策支持等系列推进路径和策略。
