网络化开放创新是当前创新驱动发展国家战略下企业重要创新方式。然而，此创新方式导致企业在发展中面临知识产权问题，如信息披露悖论、归属不清、易流失等。新技术如区块链为解决这些问题提供机遇。区块链的去中心化、可追溯、不可篡改等特性适用于知识产权领域，应对信息披露悖论，去中心化降低登记成本，智能合约提高授权效率，不可篡改性保障可回溯性。然而，区块链在知识产权保护中可能引发知识产权认证标准不统一、知识产权许可的权利移转难以起到公示效果、区块链特性与知识产权法律制度的冲突。为此，建议在区块链支撑下出台知识产权标准与应用，并且使用区块链推进企业数字知识产权保护平台构建，通过区块链特征助力产业数字化转型。

The networked open innovation paradigm is an important way for enterprises to innovate under the background of the current national strategy of innovation-driven development. However, this innovative approach makes enterprises develop while facing difficulties in intellectual property protection, such as the paradox of information disclosure, the difficulty of defining the ownership of intellectual property rights, and the easy loss of intellectual property rights. The development of new technologies represented by the blockchain provides new opportunities for the protection of intellectual property rights of Chinese enterprises. Due to the excellent characteristics of decentralization, trustlessness, traceability and non-tampering of the blockchain, it can be well applied in the field of intellectual property, to deal with the problem of "information disclosure paradox", decentralization reduces the cost of registration and confirmation of intellectual property rights, smart contracts improve the efficiency of intellectual property licensing, and non-tampering guarantees the traceability of intellectual property rights. The application of blockchain technology in the protection of intellectual property rights in enterprises will inevitably lead to non-uniform intellectual property certification standards , difficulty in the transfer of intellectual property licensing rights, and conflicts between the characteristics of blockchain and the legal system of intellectual property rights. In order to deal with these problems and make the blockchain better serve networked open innovation, it is recommended to introduce supporting opinions and standard formulation for blockchain applications in the intellectual property field. Blockchain promotes the construction of digital intellectual property protection platforms for enterprises, which will help industrial digital transformation.
