Abstract:Based on the system dynamics method, this paper clarifies the coupling effect and feedback relationship between elements in the innovation process of new R&D institutions, maps out three subsystems of talent agglomeration, technological innovation and achievements transformation, and constructs a dynamic model of innovation system of new research and development institutions. This paper further selects the new R&D institutions in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province from 2018 to 2021 as the sample, and analyzes the changing influence effects and evolution rules of the driving factors of innovation performance of new R&D institutions through the Vensim software. The result shows that R&D capital investment, R&D personnel quality and scientific research autonomy have a more significant role in promoting the achievements output of scientific and technological of new R&D institutions, and the distribution of talent income has a more significant role in promoting the total innovation income of new R&D institutions. The level of network relationship and the matching coefficient of market demand can promote both the achievements output of scientific and technological and the total innovation income of new R&D institutions. This research reveals the driving factors and operating mechanism of the innovation performance of new R&D institutions, and also provides reference and basis for scientifically promoting the good operation and high-quality development of new R&D institutions.
