目前,在信息技术的浪潮中,科技期刊的编辑流程正在经历一场重大变革。现有的出版流程存在着重复性工作多、流程繁琐、过程耗时等问题,这对编辑工作的效率产生了负面影响,并且无法满足当今科技发展的需求。为了适应当前科技期刊出版领域的需求,我们需要重新思考和定制出版流程,出版流程的转型升级势在必行,以满足科技期刊数字化创新发展的需要。为此,本研究旨在探讨利用机器人流程自动化 (RPA) 技术驱动科技期刊数字化创新发展,通过结合编辑部工作实践,利用RPA技术和创新思维,通过对科技期刊出版工作流程进行精准自定义重塑的方法,以实现出版流程转型升级,提高出版流程的效率和质量。结果表明:精准自定义重塑的出版流程提高了科技期刊编辑出版流程适应性和灵活性,显著提升了编辑工作效率,减少了人为失误,并提高了编辑工作的幸福感。本研究验证了利用RPA技术进行出版流程转型升级的可行性和实用性。RPA技术驱动科技期刊数字化创新发展是提升科技期刊出版流程效率和质量的重要手段,能够更好地适应当今科技发展的需求,为科技期刊同行的编辑出版工作提供了新的视角和实践方法。

Currently, in the wave of information technology, the editing process of scientific journals is undergoing a significant transformation. The existing publishing process suffers from issues such as repetitive and time-consuming tasks, negatively impacting the efficiency of editors and failing to meet the demands of today’s scientific development. In order to adapt to the needs of the current scientific journal publishing field, it is imperative to reconsider and customize the publishing process, facilitating its transformation and upgrading to meet the requirements of digital innovation in scientific journals. Therefore, this study aims to explore the application of RPA technology to drive the digital innovation of scientific journals. By combining practical experiences from editorial departments and leveraging RPA technology and innovative thinking, the study seeks to achieve precise customization and reshaping of the publishing workflow, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of the publishing process.The results show that the precise customization and reshaping of the publishing process have improved the adaptability and flexibility of the editorial workflow in scientific journals. It has significantly enhanced the efficiency of editors, reduced human errors, and increased job satisfaction. This study validates the feasibility and practicality of utilizing Web technology for the transformation and upgrading of the publishing process. RPA technology-driven digital innovation in scientific journals is an important means to enhance the efficiency and quality of the publishing process. It can better meet the demands of today’s scientific development and provide a new perspective and practical approach for editorial work in scientific journals.
