金融科技创新助力科技型中小企业融资--基于企业生命周期视角的分析

Analysis of Fintech Innovation Promoting Financing for Technology-based SMEs in the Perspective of Enterprise Life Cycle Theory

摘要:

基于企业生命周期理论，分析科技型中小企业融资缺口的问题。研究结果表明，科技型中小企业轻资产、高风险的天然特征，投融资方之间的信息不对称以及政策环境因素是导致融资难的重要原因。为了破解科技型中小企业融资难的问题，利用区块链技术的可追溯、去中心化的特征，搭建了基于企业生命周期的区块链融资平台。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the financing gap of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises basing on the enterprise life cycle theory. The results show that the small and medium-sized enterprises’ light assets and high-risk natural characteristics, the information asymmetry between investment and financing parties and policy environment factors are important reasons for financing difficulties. In order to solve the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs, a blockchain financing platform, using blockchain’s traceability and decentralized technical advantages, is built.
