Research on the evolution stage of enterprise's intellectual property capability

摘要:

厘清企业知识产权能力演进所处阶段是培育企业知识产权能力的基本前提。基于能力生命周期理论以及连续性与不连续性创新理论将企业知识产权能力演进划分为孕育期、成长期、高原期、转轨期四个阶段,从知识产权资源禀赋、知识产权组织建设、知识产权知觉、知识产权活动等方面系统分析知识产权能力演进各阶段的特征,在此基础上,将行业生命周期划分方法与曲线拟合相结合,得到了一种普遍适用于识别企业知识产权能力演进所处阶段的方法,并以样本企业为例,验证了该方法的应用。

Abstract:

Clarifying the evolution stage of enterprise"s intellectual property capability is the basic premise of cultivating enterprises" intellectual property capability. Based on the theory of capability life cycle and the theory of continuous and discontinuous innovation, the evolution of enterprise"s intellectual property capability can be divided into four stages: incubation stage, growth stage, plateau stage and transition stage. On the basis of analysing the characteristics of each stage from the aspects of intellectual property resource endowment, intellectual property organization construction, intellectual property awareness and intellectual property activities, The paper proposes a method which is generally applicable to identify the evolution stage of enterprises" intellectual property capability by combining the industry life cycle division method with curve fitting, and applies to sample enterprises.
