This research systematically combs the development context and research theme of the stability of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance in domesticand abroad. It provides theoretical basis and policy support for the development and cultivation of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance in China,This research use quantitative and qualitative methods to cluster the relevant literatures,the result found that the stability of industrial technological innovation strategic alliance is mainly analyzed from a static perspective,the current research focuses on five aspects: concept definition, alliance member selection, resource input, alliance member trust and influencing factors of stability.Among them, this research summarizes the concepts of motivation and goal respectively. The choice of alliance members and resource input are the antecedent variables of alliance stability,The scale of alliance, management ability, incentive mechanism, cultural difference of members, benefit distribution mechanism of members and trust degree of members are the important factors that affect the stability of alliance.Based on this, it is suggested that the research perspective should be further expanded, research methods should be innovated, research depth should be expanded, and multi-alliance research should be strengthened in the future.
