摘要:

通过对光通信产业的专利信息分析,归纳出我国光通信产业现阶段的创新主体特征。针对光通信创新现状,提出构建产业创新网络,并且在此创新网络上实现开放式创新以提高创新产出的解决方案。

Abstract:

The paper analysis the patent information of optical communication industry and summarizes the main features of optical communication industry of China at this stage of innovation.According to the situation of innovation of optical communications,the paper builds a network of industrial innovation and proposes that it is necessary to build the open innovation to enhance the innovative output.
