Research on the Policy of Transport Science and Technology Information Resources Sharing

研究交通科技信息资源共享的基础理论,调研交通行业科技信息资源管理与共享现状,分析影响信息共享的关键问题及原因,在此基础上提出以行业科技管理为抓手的科技信息资源共享政策体系,提出政策的制修订建议。

Abstract:

This paper studied the basic theories of transport science and technology information resources sharing,researched the status of science and technology information resources management and sharing in transport domain,analyzed the key problems and reasons affecting information sharing.On this basis,this paper proposed the framework of information sharing policy based on science and technology management system,and also brought forward suggestions of policy amending.
