摘要:

推进具有自主知识产权的重大科技成果向规模产业转化是科技第一生产力向现实生产力转化过程中一个关键点,对于切实提高科技进步贡献率具有重大现实意义.江苏省在全国率先设立重大科技成果转化专项资金已有八个年头,文章阐述了江苏省科技成果转化专项资金设立背景、经验做法、实施成效,并对政府推进重大科技成果转化的侧重点进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:

Boosting the transformation from the great science and technology achievements with self-owned intellectual property right into scale industry is a key point during the transformation from science and technology constituting the primary productive force into practical productive force.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the substantial rise of the contributive rate of advancement of science and technology.It has been 8 years since Jiangsu province took the lead in establishing the special fund for science and technology achievements transformation.This article summarizes the founding background,practices and experiences,effect of the special fund Jiangsu province for science and technology achievements transformation,finally it makes a preliminary investigatation which focuses on the government in boosting the great scientific and technical achievements transformation.
