Analysis on the Principle and Process of Military Radar Standardization

摘要:

军用雷达标准化工作是一项重要的基础性工作。为了提高军用雷达标准化水平,在对军用雷达标准化内涵进行分析的基础上对军用雷达标准化原理进行了初步探索,在军用雷达标准化原理的理论指导下将军用雷达标准化过程划分为两个阶段,并基于军用雷达标准化效益的S型曲线对实施标准等的具体工作阶段展开深入研究,提出了军用雷达标准更新时机选择的定量方法。

Abstract:

Military radar standardization is an important fundamental work.In order to advance military radar standardization level,based on analyzing its connotation,the paper researches the military radar standardization principles primarily under the principles’ guidance,it divides the standardization process into two phases,by studying the phase of implementing standards and other work which is founded on simulation-based S-curve for military radar standardization benefit,the paper brings forward a measurable means for military radar standards renewed time choice.
