我国高层次人才集聚途径之研究——以福建省为例

Research on the Ways of Gathering High - level Talents in China——Taking Fujian Province for Example

摘要:

近年来,福建省进入加快建设海峡西岸经济区的重要历史时期,对各类人才特别是高层次人才的需求日益迫切,因此,抓住海西发展机遇,通过各种方式和途径集聚高层次人才已成福建经济社会可持续发展的当务之急。在分析福建省高层次人才集聚现状的基础上,根据高层次人才队伍建设特点,从产业聚才、柔性引才等5个方面对福建省高层次人才的集聚途径进行探究。

Abstract:

Recently,Fujian province has stepped into an important historical period to accelerate the construction of the western economic area in Taiwan Straits,the demand for all kinds of talent,especially the high-level talent becomes increasingly urgent.Therefore,seizing opportunities to develop a variety of ways and means to gather high-level talents becomes an urgent task in the sustainable development of economy and sociality of Fujian.Based on the analysis of the status of high-level talents in Fujian province,this paper,according to characteristics of high-level talents,explores the ways to gather high-level talents in Fujian province through industry talents,flexible attraction and so on.
