摘要:

在综述知识城市和社会知识管理研究成果的基础上,提出知识城市的建设需要政府充分发挥社会知识管理职能。阐述了社会知识管理的必要性,结合知识城市建设的要求建立了社会知识管理的基本框架模型。

Abstract:

Based on the summary of research on the knowledge city and social knowledge management,the paper suggests that construction of knowledge city needs the city government to play the full function of social knowledge management.The paper elaborates the necessity for social knowledge management combined with the requirements of knowledge city construction and establishes the basic framework model of social knowledge management.
