河北钢铁产业集群组织优化对策研究

Study on Optimization Strategy of Hebei Steel Industrial Cluster Organization

摘要:

产业集群作为一种中间网络组织,对提升区域竞争力,促进区域经济发展发挥着重要的作用。在界定河北省钢铁产业集群内涵基础上,结合其发展现状和组织发展中存在的主要问题,重点从加强企业之间的分工合作,提升集群技术创新能力,调整产品结构,提升区域品牌竞争力和完善集群运行机制等方面提出了相应的组织优化对策。

Abstract:

As an intermediate network organization,the industrial cluster plays an important role to promote regional competitiveness and economic development.this paper defines the concept of Hebei steel industrial cluster,then by combining with the cluster’s present situation and main problems in its development,the paper puts forward some optimization strategies such as strengthening the division and cooperation of enterprises,promoting the cluster’s technological innovation capability,adjusting product structure and promoting regional brand competitiveness in order to perfect the cluster’s operation mechanism and so on.
