Research on Decision Support System of ERP Software Selection

摘要:

首先建立中小企业ERP软件选型评价指标体系,并对ERP系统选型的决策过程进行研究,提出ERP系统选型的具体流程。然后通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合,对定性信息进行量化处理和比较,建立数据库、模型库和方法库,设计ERP软件选型决策支持系统,它减少了主观因素的影响,提高了评价结论的准确性。最后,以某企业ERP软件选型决策过程为实例加以说明。

Abstract:

This paper firstly constructs an evaluation index system of small and medium-sized enterprise ERP software selection,and studies the decision process of selection of ERP system,it also puts forward the concrete flow of ERP system selection process.The paper secondly uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the evaluation value of every evaluation index of qualitative information by constructing the database,model base,method base,and designs DSS of ERP software selection,which can reduce the subjective factors and improve the accuracy of the appraisal conclusion.Finally,the paper gives a sample about decision process of ERP software selection.
