医院科研管理中学术管理与行政管理的协同作用

Synergistic Effect of Academic and Administrative Management in the Scientific Research Management of Hospital

摘要:

在医院科研管理中,学术管理和行政管理的内容、方法和主要任务等有所不同,甚至相互矛盾,但管理目标都是服务于医院发展,二者既有区别又相互联系。在分析学术管理和行政管理各自特点的基础上,结合北京大学口腔医院科研管理工作实践,探讨在科研管理中如何发挥学术管理和行政管理各自的效用,使二者协同作用,更好地服务于医院的科研发展。

Abstract:

The academic and administrative management in the scientific research management of hospital have different contents,methods and tasks,but they also have internal relations.This article tries to talk about how to make them synergistic effect on the scientific research management through analyzing their characteristics and summing up the experience managing of Hospital of Stomatology of Peking University.
