“3+3”县校合作——西部边疆民族地区农业科技服务新模式

"3 &3" County - university Cooperation: A New Agriculture Technology Service Mode for Western Frontier Ethnic Area in China

摘要:

为探索适宜西部边疆民族地区的农业科技服务模式,系统调研了云南等部分边疆地区农业农村发展现状,以及云南农业大学开展的3+3校县合作服务模式在云南省推广应用的实际效果,分析"3+3"校县合作服务模式的运行方式和机制,总结和讨论该模式的特点、实用性和应用前景。"3+3"校县合作服务模式的形式灵活,内容全面,紧密结合高校、基层管理部门及农村农民,双向互动,兼顾多方共赢,具有较为完善合理的管理和服务机制,在我国西部边疆地区具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:

In order to find an effective agriculture technology service mode for agriculture development of western frontier ethnic area in China,the paper surveys the present rural and agricultural situation and the application situation of "3&3" county-university cooperation mode.It analyzes the operation mode and mechanism,it then discussed the characteristic,and application prospect."3&3" county-university cooperation mode is various in service method and comprehensive in service content.Combining with university,government and countryside closely,this mode realizes multiplex interaction and win-win,with a more perfect and reasonable service mechanism.This mode has a better application prospect in western frontier ethnic area of China.
