摘要:

多元化战略既是公司级战略的一种重要形式,又是降低单一业务风险和扩大企业规模的重要途径。从制度基础观的视角分析了转型期的制度因素对处于这一情境下的中国企业的多元化的动因、实现方式的选择以及多元化战略选择的影响,研究结果对转型期中国企业多元化战略的实施有重要的启示和借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Diversification strategy is not only an important form of company strategy,but also an important way to reduce the risk of single business and expand the business scale.From the perspective of institution,this article analyzes the impact of institutional factors on the motivation,the choice of implementation methods and the selection of diversification strategy of Chinese enterprises in transition period.The result of this paper has an important inspiration and reference for those enterprises which face the same situation.
