Abstract:As a kind of strategic industry, National-defense science technology industry relates to national security and national economic development. Evaluating optimization effects of national-defense science technology industrial organization effectively has great significance to accelerate the improvement of its international competitiveness. Based on the methods of whitenization weight function and grey cluster, this paper constructs an evaluation model of optimization effects of national-defense science technology industrial organization, and gives evaluation index weights by AHP. As a result, this paper chooses eleven major military industry groups as samples to do empirical research, to analyze the advantage and disadvantage factors of optimization effects of national-defense science technology industrial organization, and thus, it sets a clear direction of further optimization of this industrial organization.
