国防科技工业产业组织优化效果评价及实证研究

Optimization Effects of and Empirical research on Industrial Organization of National-defense Science

摘要:

国防科技工业是关系国家安全和国民经济发展的战略产业,有效评价国防科技工业产业组织优化效果对加速提升国防科技工业国际竞争力具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文基于灰色定权聚类方法构建了国防科技工业产业组织优化效果评价模型,并运用层次分析方法对评价指标进行了赋权。最后,选取国防科技工业11大集团为样本进行实证研究,分析了我国国防科技工业产业组织优化的优劣势因素,明确其产业组织进一步优化的方向。

Abstract:

As a kind of strategic industry, National-defense science technology industry relates to national security and national economic development. Evaluating optimization effects of national-defense science technology industrial organization effectively has great significance to accelerate the improvement of its international competitiveness. Based on the methods of whitenization weight function and grey cluster, this paper constructs an evaluation model of optimization effects of national-defense science technology industrial organization, and gives evaluation index weights by AHP. As a result, this paper chooses eleven major military industry groups as samples to do empirical research, to analyze the advantage and disadvantage factors of optimization effects of national-defense science technology industrial organization, and thus, it sets a clear direction of further optimization of this industrial organization.
