大学生创业培养环境、创业品质和创业能力关系的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Relationship among the Entrepreneurship Training Environment, Entrepreneurial Quality and Entrepreneurial Competence of College Students

摘要:

在理论分析与文献综述的基础上，提出了创业培养环境、创业品质对大学生创业能力影响的相关理论假设，并进行了实证检验。研究结果表明，创业品质各因子对大学生创业能力产生积极影响；家庭创业支持因子和社会创业氛围因子通过创业品质的部分中介效应对大学生创业能力产生积极影响，学校创业教育因子通过创业品质的完全中介作用对大学生创业能力产生积极影响。提高在校大学生的创业能力，需要充分调动在校大学生投身于创业能力培养的积极性与主动性，并要得到家庭和社会的支持。

Abstract:

Based on theoretical analysis and literature review, the theoretical hypothesis of entrepreneurial training environment and entrepreneurial quality influencing entrepreneurial competence of college students are put forward and are tested by empirical study. The results prove that: various factors of entrepreneurial quality have positive direct impact on entrepreneurial competence; entrepreneurial quality has completely mediated effect on the relationship between college entrepreneurial training and entrepreneurial competence, part mediated effect on the relationship between family support and entrepreneurial competence and between social entrepreneurial atmosphere and entrepreneurial competence. So, to improve entrepreneurial competence of college students, it is necessary to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students, and to get support from family and society.
