摘要:

科技研发机构的新兴技术研发在取得成功之后必须被推向市场才能转化为生产力，实现其商业价值，才能更好地促使其技术创新工作步入良性循环轨道。以我国台湾地区的台湾工业技术研究院(ITRI)为例，通过对其在技术发展的不同阶段所扮演的角色进行深入分析，主要探讨ITRI在技术规划、技术研发、技术测试以及商业化应用这四个阶段于技术商业化方面的创新实践与经验，对于促进我国大陆地区科技研发机构的技术商业化工作有着重要的启示意义。

Abstract:

S: Only by bringing to market after successful research and development can emerging technology be transferred into productivity, realizing its commercial value and better promoting the technology innovation of R D institution to the orbit of favorable development . This paper take ITRI as an example to deep analyze the role it played in different sessions of technology development ,then it probe into ITRI’s experience and pratice in technology planning, technology R D, technology test and technology commercialization stage in technology commercialization aspects. It provide great implications to the technology commercialization work of R D institution in mainland.
