伴随全球经济竞争的加剧,企业创新过程中社会资本因素发挥的作用愈发凸显。本文在界定企业社会资本内涵的基础上,对企业结构维社会资本、关系维社会资本及认知维社会资本间的互动关系进行剖析。进而从创新观念、创新资源及整合能力三个方面探究企业三个维度社会资本对企业技术创新的影响机理,并提出社会资本视角下企业技术创新能力提升的路径,以求为企业利用社会资本增强自身创新能力提供参考和建议。

With the intensification of global economic competition , social capital factors play a role in the process of enterprise innovation become more prominent .
