隐性知识视角的企业家能力形成机理分析

摘要:

企业家能力是企业获得竞争优势的关键要素,优秀企业家能力从何而来？传统研究分别从经济职能视角、特质视角、行为视角对给问题进行了探讨。近来,研究者开始从学习视角重新审视这一问题。本文从隐性知识学习的视角,对企业家能力差异的产生机理进行了分析。企业家能力包括机会能力、组织能力、战略能力、关系能力、概念能力和承诺能力。企业家能力主要来源于隐性知识。企业家隐性知识是一个包含了内容、情境和取向的三维立体结构,其形成与企业家创业活动、价值观和认知能力等因素密切相关。不同的隐性知识结构进一步导致了不同的企业家能力以及企业家绩效。

Abstract:

Entrepreneurial competence is a key element for enterprise’s competitive advantage. How does the outstanding entrepreneurial competence come from? The traditional research can be concluded to: economic functions perspective, characteristics perspective , and behavior perspective This discuss the mechanism of entrepreneurial competence differences from tacit knowledge learning perspective. Entrepreneurial competence include opportunity competence, organizational skills, strategic capabilities, relational capabilities, conceptual ability and commitment capacity. Entrepreneurial competence is mainly based on tacit knowledge. Tacit knowledge is a three-dimensional structure composed of content, context and orientation. Tacit knowledge is been influenced by entrepreneur’s everyday activities, values ??and cognitive ability. Different tacit knowledge structure lead to different entrepreneurial competence and performance.
