Research on Formation Mechanism of Software Project Risk

摘要:

在软件项目开发中,认识和理解项目中风险的形成机制,是更好地开展风险管理、有效控制项目进度和成本的重要前提。本文在分析软件项目风险及其特征的基础上,从项目的复杂性、人认识能力的局限性、项目的不确定性和项目干系人的差异性等方面研究了软件项目风险形成的根源,然后通过梳理和分析,构建了软件项目风险的形成机制。

Abstract:

In software development process, understanding the formation mechanism of risks are the important premise for the risk management and project cost and schedule controlled. Based on the analysis of software project risk and its characteristics, the formation root of software project risk are researched from the complexity of the project, the limitation of the cognition, the uncertainty of the project, and the difference of the project stakeholders. Then, the formation mechanism of software project risk is constructed.
