国外技术标准化研究述评与展望

Review and Prospect of Foreign Research on Technology Standardization

摘要:

随着全球科技竞争以技术标准竞争为重要标志,技术标准化日益成为世界各国产业发展的战略导向和重要技术创新活动。从技术标准化的作用、过程及影响因素、标准化组织和联盟、政府行为模式与政策、标准化决策与战略等五个方面,对国外相关文献进行分析与总结,指出现有研究不足及未来研究方向,为我国技术标准化理论研究与发展实践提供参考。

Abstract:

Technology standard competition has become an important sign of the global competition of science and technology, so technology standardization is increasingly becoming the strategic orientation of industrial development and the important technological innovation activity all over the world. This paper makes analysis and summary on the related foreign literatures from five aspects including the role of standardization, the process and influencing factors of standardization, standardization organization and alliance, government behavior mode and its policy as well as standardization decision and strategy, and then points out the deficiencies of current research and future research direction. This paper may provide references for theoretical research and development practice of technology standardization in china.
