本文通过对组织学习的相关文献梳理,并结合集群企业的实际状况,将集群企业组织学习按照逻辑顺序划分为三个过程:知识获取、知识消化以及知识创新三个阶段。采用多个集群企业的样本数据,通过SPSS18.0和AMOS7.0软件对样本数据进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。实证结果显示,本文对集群企业组织学习中知识获取、知识消化及知识创新三个变量的划分与测度是有效的。

Based on the literature review related to studies on Organizational Learning and analyzing the actual situation of clustered enterprises, the author claims Organizational Learning in clustered enterprises can be divided logically into three stages: knowledge acquisition, knowledge digestion and knowledge creation. Then with the help of SPSS18.0 and AMOS7.0, he also presents exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on the data collected from sample clustered enterprises. The empirical result shows that according to such three variables as knowledge acquisition, knowledge digestion and knowledge innovation, Organization Learning in clustered enterprises can be classified and measured effectively.
