现代农业园区规划创意实证研究—以东莞市为例

该文通过总结归纳国内、广东省、东莞市各级现代农业园区发展历程、功能定位及特色亮点,认为当前现代农业园区呈现出转型发展的趋势,表现在以多功能为目标,以休闲、观光、体验等功能为重要内容,明显表现出现代性、高科技性、综合效益性以及试验示范性等特征,从而实现差异化、特色化、品牌化发展。在此基础上,以东莞3个现代农业园区规划为例进行实证研究,从发展理念、规划原则、发展思路、功能分区4个层面对园区规划创意进行分析。
