江苏“科技镇长团”机制的演化博弈分析

Study on the “The Mayor Group of Science and Technology” in Jiangsu Based on Evolutionary Game Theory

摘要:

“科技镇长团”是江苏省推进产学研合作的重要举措,显示出强大的生命力和广阔的发展前景。为了探究接收单位与科技镇长团团员间的互动关系,基于群体双方的行为策略和收益状况构建了博弈模型,借助演化博弈理论的研究方法,分析了特定情形下的演化情况。同时,借助Matlab仿真工具,直观展示了相关参数变动条件下对演化结果的影响。研究发现,通过调节相关参数可以引导系统朝着理想状态演化,并据此提出了有效推进“科技镇长团”工作的建议措施。

Abstract:

“The Mayor Group of Science and Technology” is an important measure to promote university-industry collaboration.. It has shown a powerful vitality and wide development perspective. In order to explore the relationship between receiving units and the members of “The Mayor Group of Science and Technology”, we construct a game model considering the strategies and affecting factors of the two subjects. By using the evolutionary game theory method, we discuss the evolution of system under a specific circumstance. Results of numerical simulation show the impact of factors and initial conditions on the evolution.. By adjusting the parameters, we can guide the evolution of system towards the ideal state, and some suggestions are given to improve the work of “The Mayor Group of Science and Technology”.
