农业企业社会责任影响因素的实证研究

摘要:

由于近年食品安全问题频发，农业企业社会责任倍受关注。许多研究表明，农业企业社会责任水平相对较低。哪些因素影响农业社会责任水平的提升？本文对225个农业企业进行了调研，分析了影响企业社会责任水平的内外部因素，包括农业企业所处地区、管理者的文化程度、企业年限与周期、组织类型、所有制属性、治理结构、企业规模、盈利能力、创新能力、管理能力、产品出口强度、市场竞争状况、法律环境、政府干预、民间组织等十六个因素。结果发现：农业企业社会责任主要受到企业内部因素的影响，企业盈利能力、管理能力、管理者文化程度、产品出口能力和创新能力是其中五个关键性的影响因素。

Abstract:

Since recently there are frequent occurrences of food safety problems, the society puts wider attention to agricultural corporate social responsibility . A lot of studies show that the level of agricultural corporate social responsibility is quite low.so what factors influence the enhancement of the level of agricultural corporate social responsibility? This paper does a investigation among 225 agricultural enterprises, and analyzes the internal and external factors which have effect on the fulfilling social responsibility to enterprises.they include 16 factors which are the region of agricultural enterprises,the educational level of administrators, the life and period of enterprises, the histological types, the ownership, the governance structure , the enterprise scale, the profitability, the ability of innovation and management,the strength of enterprise's export, situation of market competition ,the legal environment, the government interference, the civil organization,etc.The result presents that agricultural corporate social responsibility is mainly under the influence of internal factors, and among them the profitability, the management ability, the educational level of administrators,the strength of enterprise's export,the innovative capacity are the five key factors.
