应急物流网络系统干扰影响及应对能力研究

Research on Interferential Effects and Response Capacity of Emergency Logistics Network System

摘要:

首先分析突发事件对地面物流网络系统的干扰影响,剖析地面应急物流网络系统的应对能力及瓶颈；基于流程再造思想和应急OD对间畅通要求,构建立体多级应急物流网络系统；最后阐明其网络拓朴结构和网络应急物流功能实现,以应对和弱化灾后干扰对应急物流网络系统的影响。

Abstract:

firstly, the interferential effects of the emergency on the ground logistics network system is analyzed ,based on which the ground emergency response capacity and bottleneck of the ground emergency logistics network system are clarified.Furthermore,three-dimensional emergency logistics network system is built based on the thought of process reengineering and unblocked requirement between origins and destinations. Lastly,the topological structure and the functional implementation of emergency logistics network are illuminated to deal with and weaken the post-disaster interferential effects on emergency logistics network system.
